Insurance Guide

This Guide is designed as an overview of USA’s Insurance Programs for the play of Softball. Although the Guide provides information on each of the insurance plans, it does not provide all terms and conditions of the policy coverages. Only the actual policies can provide that information. Therefore, if there is any discrepancy in terms, conditions or coverage between the Guide and the insurance policies themselves, the coverages as written under the actual policies will prevail.
